Job Requirements Required Qualifications : 




* Well versed in data quality and matching principles in an MDM environment 2-3 years experience in Trillium Data Quality (TS Quality) on Unix/Linux with custom projects in a large scale production environment

* Experience on large, complex projects doing requirements elicitation, working directly with business partners

* 5-7 years of general Business Intelligence and ETL development

* 5+ years working in an Oracle DB environment, up to and including Oracle v10g.

* 2-5+ years Korn Shell (ksh) script language Experience with “waterfall” and “iterative” development methods

* Strong IT experience developing high-level and detailed designs, following structured and disciplined design methodologies

* Ability/experience providing technical/process direction to other developers, including mentoring them in DQ, MDM and the use of the Trillium Product Suite

Job Description 
The Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for interacting with individual residential and small business customers, either in person or by telephone, for the purpose of collecting, posting, depositing and reconciling customer payments received by the customer care location including pay stations, night deposit boxes, pay telephones or other sources as necessary. In addition, this position will provide service to customers by means of processing service requests, billing issue resolution and sales of new products and services. Generate revenue by promoting, demonstrating and selling features, products and services to new and existing accounts.
Responsibilities:

Interact with customers in person or by telephone to process orders for new installations, disconnections, moves, adds, long distance carrier changes, customer record maintenance, and other telephone service arrangement. Complete and process service orders as needed to ensure timely installation or service for the customer.
Sell products and services to customers coming into the customer care location and provide information on products to meet their current and future requirements. Meet assigned goals for sales, quality assurance and other performance goals and quotas as assigned.
Receive customer payments for current or future service billings in the form of cash, personal checks, or credit /debit cards.
Update the Customer Service Database system for billing address corrections or other information as needed to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Respond to customer requests for information regarding billing. Answer service or billing questions and resolve issues regarding local telephone service. Utilize appropriate judgment and follow Company policies when applying billing adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of and adhere to CenturyLink’s service offerings, promotions, policies and procedures.
Post payments received from walk-in customers, night drop boxes, post office, pay station, pay phones or other sources in the appropriate database system Balance cash drawers, prepare bank deposit and other sources. Forward daily cash balancing worksheets to the appropriate location for recording and processing following established Company policies and procedures. Perform monthly cash reconciliation's and work with the corporate offices to resolve any identified cash discrepancies.
Demonstrate telephone services, equipment, accessories, or Internet service displays featured in the customer care location as time allows. Explain what our services do and guide customers in exploring and test-driving services to help them discover the best ones for them. Document and maintain appropriate customer documentation as necessary.
Process service orders for miscellaneous changes such as PIC changes, optional calling features, service additions or deletions, etc. Provide high-level trouble-shooting for customers with repair issues. Facilitate scheduling repair appointments as necessary.

Job Description 
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and problem resolutions of a complex nature to customers of CenturyLink’s Prism TV and Internet customers. These professionals are required to interface with external customers of CenturyTel’s ISP and Television service. This position will troubleshoot and log problems into an automated problem tracking system. The Customer Support Specialist must diagnose problems of a technical nature related to the Television service, features and functionality of Prism, Internet connectivity, and email access of the customers. Due to the daily contact with end-users and internal departments, this position requires very strong human relations skills. &lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /&gt;

The Prism Helpdesk professionals are required to interface with internal customers to monitor the performance of CenturyLink’s video and data network. Basic Qualifications:

Job Description:

·Responsible for installation and repair activities on the DSLAM network.
·Responsible for network monitoring, upgrades and outage management.
·Responsible for identifying and resolving reported trouble and/or proactively ticketed trouble, answering internal customer calls, updating customers of status, and working with central office and field forces to resolve trouble. 
·Responsible for thorough documentation of repair activities.
·  Resolves complex trouble tickets.
·  Troubleshoots DSL repair issues on numerous DSL platforms.
·  Solves chronic repair problems by conducting various diagnostic tests using conventional and specialized test equipment and referring to vendor/manufacturer provided documentation to identify the extent and source of obscure, hard-to-resolve problems that have defied routine troubleshooting techniques.
·  Resolves complex network problems involving power, network hardware and software, lines, modems and terminals.
·  Uses software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose network status and problems.
·  Takes calls from technicians in the field and central offices for dslam turn-ups/activations and for repair issues.
·Takes calls from internal customer support centers reporting trouble on the network.

Basic Job Qualifications:

* Strong technical skill level working on complex assignments within the network systems installation and/or maintenance activities.

* Familiarity with DSL, DS1, DS3, ATM, MOE, Frame Relay. 

* Familiarity with Ethernet

* Familiarity with CISCO systems and Naviscore

* Must be willing to work day, evening, or night shifts; also to work overtime, emergency call-outs, weekends and holidays as required.

* Ability to interface directly with customers.

* Computer literacy, multi-tasking, problem-solving, strong verbal communications, and customer service soft skills are a must.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

* 1+ year experience with DSL, DS1, DS3+, ATM, MOE, Frame Relay. 

* 1+ year experience with Ethernet

* CCNP Certification (Certified CISCO Network Professional)

Perform monthly cash reconciliation's and work with the corporate offices to resolve any identified cash discrepancies.
• Demonstrate telephone services, equipment, accessories, or Internet service displays featured in the customer care location as time allows. Explain what our services do and guide customers in exploring and test-driving services to help them discover the best ones for them.
• Open, sort and distribute mail.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies for department use. Initiate purchase orders as necessary to meet office supply requirements.
• Enter employee time into the Envision database system to include hours charged to a specific Work Order or Service Request.
• Enter data into electronic database systems as required to maintain logs and records of department activities.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year customer service or general office experience or the equivalent in training and experience.
• Six months proven sales experience; preferably in a quota or commission driven environment.

Job Description The Business Systems technician sells, installs and maintains all regulated and non-regulated services and equipment offered by CenturyLink.
